This role is the heartbeat of our studio—welcoming every guest, making them feel like a VIP, and helping them find the membership and retail options that best support their fitness journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet members and guests with warmth, energy, and professionalism.
• Check in clients for classes and give studio tours to new guests.
• Be the expert on our memberships, confidently presenting and selling options to non-member guests.
• Drive retail sales, including premium fitness apparel, accessories, and grab-and-go snacks.
• Celebrate member milestones and ensure every client leaves feeling recognized and cared for.
• Maintain the studio’s pristine condition: fold towels, manage laundry, mop floors, refill supplies, tidy bathrooms, water plants, and complete daily checklists.
• Support instructors and ensure smooth class transitions.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, mid-day weekday shifts, and some holidays.
• Must be able to commit to at least 2 shifts per week.
