**Job Summary: ** We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to assist in preparing dishes in our kitchen. The Prep Cook will perform routine kitchen tasks such as measuring ingredients, preparing basic components of dishes, and assisting with food preparation. **Responsibilities: ** - Assist in meal preparation by chopping, dicing, slicing, and following recipes. - Help with food preparation tasks such as washing and peeling produce. - Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - Collaborate with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared timely and meets quality standards.

**Requirements: ** - Proven experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment. - Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety standards. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with knife skills and various kitchen equipment. - Previous experience as a Dietary Aide or in catering is a plus.
