So in order for us to be different, we have to do a different process for scouting out talent. So here’s how this will work: we’re looking for three individuals to work in editing, social media and executive development. It will start out as intern employment (for 6-12 months) as InSPAR is a new startup and bloom into a permanent position if desired (based on merit and dedication.)

We don’t want your resume or a boring overview as to why you would be best for this position—no we want you to express yourselves. Depending on whatever position YOU want to go for, we want to physically see why you’d be perfect for it. So there’s three tasks below for this indirect resume if you will.

: Create a post (dynamic,

and creative) either supporting traditional

publishing or persuading others against

traditional publishing.

(Utilize an earth color scheme, and pick a

structure for Instagram or Tik Tok)

Social Media Professional job specifics:

At InSPAR, we currently have two social media accounts— Tik Tok and Instagram. They’re both growing, Tik Tok being a little more steady and active versus Instagram being a little stunted. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t necessarily need the experience but the eye for what content should be. In part, we’re looking for someone who is able to create a social media post and have the eye for it to grow.

Requirements:

-Experience with Adobe software—specifically Illustrator.

-Have an eye for spacial design, with a focus on

digital art design.

-No design degree necessarily but a portfolio or a social media page to show us your style and abilities.

-Creative

-Willing to listen to criticism and work to finding a solution that benefits all.

-Has the want to learn marketing if they don’t have the experience. HONESTLY: Willing to learn and teach.

-Love for Art, Books, Culture!!!(This Sums up the company and I don’t want someone who’s going to be miserable when making content for books and authors.)

Duties:

-Create and manage social media campaigns.

-Work with Authors to help build their social media presence for the release of their books.

-Attend Weekly meeting with team.

-OPTIONAL: Attending Author editing sessions (up to the professional based on their content schedule and needs.)

-Guide the team through social media campaigns (as well as how they were created)

-Grow the companies social media presence further.

-Send all post ideas and mockups for the week to Setierah (Head Publisher/ Owner) for approval.

-Communicate to followers any types of submissions we have going on.

-Answering any DMs on social media pages and answering the messages with approval from Setierah.
