We are a Tropical Tree Nursery in Valrico, FL. We sell fruit trees and edible plants.

We are seeking a Nursery Sales and Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the sales & operations of our nursery, assisting customers interested in purchasing our plants, supporting plant growth and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Tree & Plant Sales: Ability to provide superb customer experience
- Water, fertilize, and irrigate plants as needed
- Assist in planting, potting, and maintaining a variety of plants
- Help with landscape maintenance and upkeep
- Support greenhouse operations
- Participate in heavy lifting tasks when required

Requirements:

• Experience or interest in gardening, farming, or horticulture
• Willingness to engage in heavy lifting activities as part of the job
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with any aspect of agriculture is a plus

Tuesday: Rest day
Wednesday: Rest Day
Thursday: 10am-5pm
Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday: 9am-5pm
Sunday: 11am-5pm
