Ready to help build XCP Corporation? You’ll play a key role in coordinating our sales and shipments, accounting with QuickBooks, scheduling of our manufacturing team to keep projects moving!

What you’ll do: You’ll answer all incoming calls, take sales orders, make calls to customers, create shipping paperwork, manufacturing order scheduling, invoices and accounting.
You’ll order materials, keep digital and paper files organized and follow up on manufacturing assembly of order status and deadlines. Your clear emails and phone calls will keep everyone informed, and your ability to juggle priorities will ensure nothing falls through the cracks hopefully.
What you bring: At least 6 months of office experience (manufacturing and sales preferred); familiarity with QuickBooks, Word & Excel; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and a knack for organization. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Most importantly, you’re proactive and enjoy collaborating with a small team
