As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our students. Your role will involve engaging with children of various age groups, including infants and toddlers, while fostering positive relationships with both the children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior among students.
• Provide individualized attention to children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
• Strong skills in behavior management and the ability to implement effective strategies.
• Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including knowledge of developmental milestones.
• Familiarity with childcare best practices, including safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
