Product Demonstrator and Sales Rep (STARTING OCTOBER 1st, 2025)

$25/hr + Commission | Experienced Demo Sales Only

Location: Flagstaff, AZ

Compensation: $25 per hour + Sales Commission. (1099)

ProBaller Energy Drinks are trusted by athletes, healthcare professionals, and everyday go-getters. As the official energy drink of the Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs, we’re bringing NSF Certified energy drinks to shoppers through live in-store demos.

The Role

High-energy in-store demos at Costco and Sam's Club. Sample, engage, sell.

What You Do

• Serve samples and educate shoppers about ProBaller.
• Active selling by attracting customers, building interest, and closing sales.
• Product education means highlighting clean ingredients and knowing about our competitors.
• Maintain a professional demo station and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Who We Want

• Proven demo/sampling experience (grocery, warehouse, retail) or other active selling.
• Someone who is a natural at stopping traffic and engaging strangers.
• Closing skills - you know how to ask for the order.
• Can handle 10+ hour shifts on your feet
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Someone ready to start in the beginning of October 2025.

The Numbers

• $25/hr base + $1 per case after sales quota met.
• Average $270-$360 per shift. Top performers average $540+ per day.
• Flagstaff will likely have a multiple-day roadshow in Sam's Club every 4-5 weeks. If you're looking for intermittent work that doesn't require a weekly commitment, this is perfect for you. There may be opportunities to work demos in Prescott, AZ and  Phoenix, AZ as well.

We seek experienced sellers who understand active selling environments and can consistently move product. If you can't handle rejection or you are not a go-getter, this might not be the role for you. Please have references or sales records ready for a quick interview.
