We’re hiring a Shift Leader at The Baked Bear @ Pike & Rose! If you're a natural leader who thrives in a high-energy environment and delivers top-notch customer service, we want to meet you.

📍 Location: The Baked Bear @ Pike & Rose, North Bethesda, MD
💵 Pay: $17/hr + tips
📅 Position Type: Part-time (25–30 hrs/week)
⏰ Shift Times:

AM: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM  &  PM: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (until 11:00 PM on Fri & Sat)
Both shifts required. 

Schedule changes weekly – must have full availability for all AM/PM shifts, weekdays & weekends

✅ Requirements:

Shift Leader or equivalent leadership experience in food service or hospitality

Full availability for weekday and weekend AM/PM shifts

Reliable transportation

Strong multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented mindset

Commitment to excellent customer service
