We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency.

Review and correct errors in data entries to maintain data integrity.

Organize and maintain digital files and records for easy retrieval.

Perform routine audits of data for completeness and accuracy.

Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or gather missing information.

Follow company policies and data management procedures to ensure confidentiality and security.

Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.

Strong typing skills (minimum 40–50 WPM) with a high level of accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace.

Familiarity with database systems and CRM software is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
