Business Development Executive – Staffing

Remote | Full-Time | $85,000–$95,000 Base + Bonus + Equity

Key Responsibilities

Expand Market Share: Identify and secure new business opportunities across healthcare sectors (hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living, and home health agencies).

Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships through state and federal programs, hospital associations, and group purchasing organizations.

Client Engagement: Develop tailored proposals, deliver persuasive presentations, and close high-value staffing contracts.

Growth Strategy: Execute account development plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.

Pipeline Management: Use CRM systems to track activity, forecast revenue, and ensure consistent performance.

Industry Insights: Stay ahead of staffing trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to position Benevolent HealthCare as a trusted partner.

What We’re Looking For

Sales & Staffing Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of successful business development experience in healthcare or professional staffing.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare staffing, payors, referral sources, and compliance requirements.

Influential Communicator: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Driven & Independent: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and deliver results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred: Existing book of business or strong network within healthcare staffing.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000/year
