Position Information: Strong customers service skills. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the front office including, but not limited to, talking to the general public, filing, data entry, handling animal intake, animal adoptions and animal outcomes, work on the Petpoint websites and programs, answer the phone, work with potential adopters to find the right match(pet) for their home, operate cash register and complete money transactions, daily cleaning, complete assigned tasks with Microsoft Office applications and on various apps downloaded to personal cell, follow disease control protocols, give vaccinations to animals, daily check and respond to e-mail.
