About the Role

We are currently seeking Customer Experience Evaluators (Mystery Metrics Experts). In this role, you will provide valuable feedback on customer service interactions across multiple industries.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit local retail locations and evaluate service interactions.
  • Conduct phone-based assessments to review staff professionalism and knowledge.
  • Test online or video-based customer support experiences.
  • Provide structured, detailed feedback based on company guidelines.

 

This is a flexible, independent role that suits detail-oriented individuals who enjoy evaluating services and sharing constructive feedback.

  • Access to reliable internet and a smartphone and/or computer.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to follow written instructions.
