About Us: Basketball Development Academy (BDA) is dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the court. We believe in teaching fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a fun and supportive environment.

Position Summary: We’re seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Basketball Coach to lead youth practices and games for players aged 10 yrs. old-17 yrs. old. The ideal candidate is passionate about basketball, enjoys working with kids, and can foster a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead engaging practices focused on skill development

Coach games and tournaments with strategic insight and encouragement

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff

Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect

Ensure safety and supervision at all times

Qualifications:

Prior coaching or playing experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
