At N Zone Sports Gwinnett, our mission is to provide the highest quality youth sports programming—starting with a child’s very first sports experience. We believe that learning the fundamentals should be fun, and our programs are designed to promote skill development in a positive and engaging environment.

N Zone Sports Gwinnett is looking for passionate and energetic volunteer coaches to work with kids ages 3-13 years old for our Youth Soccer League to teach kids the basics of sports soccer. The desired candidate will have prior experience working with children, outgoing personality, enthusiasm and a love for coaching soccer.

Volunteer coaches will be responsible for developing skill-building activities, fostering teamwork, and ensuring a safe and engaging experience for all participants. Ideal candidate must have transportation and be willing to volunteer in Loganville.

Our sessions are filled with FUN, ENERGY, HIGH FIVES, LAUGHTER, LEARNING & SKILL DEVELOPMENT. These sessions are 1 hour.

Soccer Academy Details:

  • Program Length: 7-week soccer league; Saturdays Mornings. 9AM - 1PM (one hour)
  • Ages: Boys and girls, 3–13 years old
  • Focus: instructional program emphasizing fundamental skill development: speed, agility, coordination, and cognitive learning in a fun setting.
  • Kids will practice applying these skills through engaging drills and activities.
  • Practices and Games: One weekday practice along with an hour on Saturdays.

Coaches Responsibilities:

  • Experience with coaching soccer is PREFERRED, but NOT necessary with a prior history working with children or having played.
  • OUTGOING PERSONALITY with great verbal communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must submit and pass GA comprehensive background check
  • Reliable transportation to commute to league location
  • Deliver and adapt engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse students.
  • Teach fundamental skills and instructions for soccer.
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment during all classes and activities.
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors to encourage participation and enhance student engagement.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, and staff regarding progress, performance, and program updates.

Qualifications:

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Previous soccer experience and a strong love for working with children
  • Ability to pass background check
