Implement IPPs by running daily goals with each assigned individual, offering instruction, prompts, and support to encourage independence.
Supervise, guide, and assist with daily living skills, including meal preparation, housekeeping, money management, personal hygiene, social skills, work skills, and recreational activities.
Purchase and manage inventory of food and personal supplies as needed.
Address and resolve challenges that arise, exercising sound judgment.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work environment and personal transportation vehicle.
Coordinate and provide safe transportation for individuals to medical appointments, religious services, recreational activities, and community events.
Support schoolwork, vocational, and employment-related activities.
Collect and record behavior data, perform calculations, and create progress charts as required.
Complete all required documentation (timesheets, mileage logs, incident reports, etc.) accurately and on time.
Communicate effectively with individuals served, their families, healthcare providers, and the Care Coordinator.
Advocate for individuals in a variety of settings.
Serve as a professional role model, maintaining confidentiality, courtesy, integrity, and a positive attitude at all times.
