Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
• Provide medication reminder and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
• Uphold resident rights and ensure dignity and respect for all individuals under your care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to hygiene standards and protocols.
• Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
