Are you a highly motivated individual passionate about working on industrial cooling applications that support our Country’s critical supply chain demand? Divine Heat Transfer is seeking an individual for our Phoenix, AZ market that possesses proficiency in the following areas:

- Clean, inspect, and flow/leak testing (diagnostic testing)

- Complete tear down, and reassembly of heat exchangers

- Painting, and steel prep using grinding and sanding tools

- Forklift Operator License (training provided)

- Hot Pressure Washing

- Expert proficiency with a torch for running solder, and heating surfaces for cleaning and prep

- Steel Welding & Aluminum TIG/MIG Welding for Repair, and Recore of Industrial   Heat Exchangers, and DPF applications  

- Manage Workflow and the tech team as a Senior Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

- Manage a diverse team of individuals in a fast-paced service environment

- Be punctual and willing to work overtime when required

- Adhere to all safety and standard operation procedures

- Maintain cleanliness in shared facilities and work areas

- Willingness to mentor all new hire and established technicians for continued skill growth

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

- Overtime on Saturdays, and in flex schedules when required
