We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, account issues, and troubleshooting
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant department
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values
- Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and procedures

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and active listening skills

NOTE: The pay is $20 to $35 per hour. InnoCan Pharma offers training alongside benefits and flexible work hours.
