What You'll Do:

• Teach swimming techniques to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment, nurturing each student's abilities and fostering a love for swimming.
• Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to individual needs, ensuring progress and achievement.
• Instill water safety practices and promote a culture of respect for the water.
• Encourage and motivate students, building their self-esteem and confidence in and out of the pool.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and support staff, sharing best practices and ideas to enhance the learning experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a swimmer or swim instructor is preferred, but a genuine passion for teaching and swimming will also be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students of all ages and backgrounds.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude to guide students through their learning process.
• A commitment to safety and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
