MVH is seeking highly skilled and motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their collaborative and growing anesthesia care team in Idaho Falls, Idaho. You will work in a collaborate anesthesia care team model with a team of 30 CRNAs and 4 Physician Anesthesiologists, delivering a full spectrum of anesthesia services.
Job Summary: Deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative team setting. Perform a wide range of anesthetic techniques including general, regional (spinals, epidurals, nerve blocks), MAC, and TIVA. Provide airway and ventilatory management, and monitor hemodynamic status throughout procedures. Respond to critical care needs, including line placement and emergency situations. Participate in team-based communication with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia colleagues.
Qualifications: Current and unrestricted CRNA certification (NBCRNA). Eligible for Idaho APRN licensure. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. Experience or strong interest in regional anesthesia techniques. New graduates welcome to apply.
Compensation and Benefits: Up to $300,000 annual base salary, based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $65,000, and up to $10,000 reimbursement for relocation expenses, with a three (3) year commitment, open to negotiation. Open to immediate cap-exempt H-1B sponsorship, followed by Schedule A green card. Partnership pathway. Bonus structure based on anesthesia department and facility productivity.
Full reimbursement for: AANA and IDANA dues, NBCRNA certification, Idaho RN and APRN licenses, Idaho Board of Pharmacy CS license, and federal DEA license. Eligible for medical, dental, and vision health insurance coverage.
