aka “Amplifier-in-Chief” @ Andromeda Simulations International
We create hands-on business simulations that teach finance and strategy. Our content and tools are trusted by leading companies and top business schools — and we’re looking to reach more of them. If you love well-tagged blog posts, SEO checklists, and watching good content finally get the attention it deserves, this might be for you.
What You’ll Do
📣 Amplify great content
- Publish and schedule completed blog posts in Webflow CMS
- Draft supporting blurbs for LinkedIn and email
- Coordinate placement across platforms like CLO, AACSB, and partner newsletters
- Spot repurposing opportunities (podcasts, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
🔍 Get serious about being found
- Implement structured data and schema markup (tags, educationalUse, relatedLink, etc.)
- Maintain consistency across blogs, tools, podcasts, and resource pages
- Monitor indexing and performance in Google Search Console
- Work toward discoverability by both humans and AI
📊 Organize, track, and improve
- Keep an up-to-date directory of published content
- Help structure content into series (like Continue the Learning)
- Cross-link posts to improve UX and SEO
- Track traffic and engagement metrics to recommend improvements
🧠 Bring the right kind of smarts
- Be detail-oriented with tagging
- Be broad-minded with strategy
- Think like a marketer, but respect the educator’s point of view
Who You Are
- 3+ years in content marketing, SEO, or digital publishing
- Fluent in CMS systems (Webflow is a bonus) and Google Analytics
- Experienced with schema markup and content taxonomy
- Excellent written communication — you can write, but you know when not to
Bonus Points If You…
- Have experience with AI-driven search or ChatGPT optimization
- Understand L&D, higher ed, or financial education markets
- Have a knack for visual page layout (physical or digital)
- Know your way around JSON-LD, SEO audits, and Ahrefs
- Can pitch in with Webflow design/maintenance (we won’t hold you to it, but we won’t say no)
Making the Invisible Visible
We’ve built a library of thoughtful, high quality content — and it deserves to be found. This role helps us turn quiet excellence into visible value, without shouting or spamming. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our ideas travel through the world — and in putting systems in place that can eventually be handed off to others (most likely our in-house “Chief of Stuff”).
Perks
✨ Flexible hours (20–25/week)
🌍 Remote work, but connected team
📚 Mission-driven content that’s actually useful
🧩 Small team, real impact, lots of autonomy
