Kompanion Lawn Care is seeking a motivated, skilled, and reliable Crew Foreman to lead our lawn care and landscaping team. This is not just another crew leader job — it’s a launchpad for a serious career. The ideal candidate will have the ability and ambition to grow into our Operations Manager role by next spring.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of 2–6 crew members on residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping jobs

• Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards

• Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools

• Coordinate job logistics, routes, materials, and client communication when needed

• Train and mentor new crew members

• Support scheduling and equipment logistics in coordination with ownership

• Prepare to assume full operational responsibilities by spring 2026

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field

• Prior crew leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred

• Heavy equipment and/or concrete experience is a major plus

• Clean driving record (CDL not required, but a bonus)

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-first attitude

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ambition to grow into a senior operations role
