Our company, www.4PMTI.com, is an established industry expert in project management training. We conduct PMP, CAPM, and PMI-ACP classroom training classes across the nation and online every week.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a tech-savvy Training Coordinator & Customer Service to work onsite at our Dallas location . Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and must be outcome-oriented. The successful candidate will be self-regulating, energetic, reliable, and consistent who takes pride in his/her work. Attention to detail is essential.

You will serve as the frontline of PMTI’s student experience , managing all aspects of customer communication , class coordination , and student support before, during, and after every course.

The job will keep you engaged in a fast-paced environment and we assure you there will be no dull moments! This position is for 40 work hours per week. The position is a contract position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate scheduling our Zoom and in-person classes.
  • Coordinate with vendor to ship class material to registered students.
  • Respond to customer, prospect & student emails.
  • Generate, maintain, and manage student records and spreadsheets.
  • Work with our instructors to maintain and communicate training schedule.
  • Work with other support staff.
  • Upload recorded videos to Vimeo and distribute to students.
  • Assist with other general administrative and clerical tasks & special projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Need at least 8/10 skills in Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Proficient in email, internet, and online tools and websites – ex: MS Outlook, MS Excel, email etiquette, etc.
  • The individual must be very organized to keep track of classes, instructors, students, and their class shipments.
  • Multi-task customer and sales calls on phone, email and chat.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Must have decent typing speed & computer skills (Zoom, Google Sheets, Google Docs etc)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, and achieve deadline under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if you have the above skills.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience preferred.
  • 40 hours per week

This will be a long term 1099 (contract) position with a pay of $20-$21 per hour (40 hours per week).
