Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and supporting students in their learning journey.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and curriculum development
- Provide support to students with literacy education and lesson comprehension
- Work with students with autism, aiding in behavior management and individualized attention
- Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in preschool and toddler care activities

Experience:

- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Familiarity with private school environments is a plus
- Ability to educate and engage students effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
