✅ Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)✅ Home Caregivers (Non-certified welcome)✅ Registered Nurses (RNs) – In-Home Assessments✅ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) – In-Home Assessments

Whether you’re experienced in hands-on care or specialize in clinical assessments, we have a place for you on our team.

🔹 Caregiver & CNA Responsibilities May Include:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting assistance)
• Meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship
• Transportation to appointments and errands (using your own vehicle)
• Medication reminders and wellness monitoring

🔹 RN & LPN Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home client assessments as needed
• Complete documentation to help develop care plans
• Collaborate with the care coordination team (no ongoing shift work)
• Flexible per-assessment pay schedule

📋 Requirements Vary By Role:

• Caregivers: Experience preferred but not required
• CNAs: Arizona CNA license required
• RNs & LPNs: Arizona license and experience in home care assessments preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and provide necessary documentation
• Compassion, reliability, and a heart for care are a must!
