JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Security Officer (Armed)
Reports To: Site Supervisor / General Manager
Location: Various Client Sites (Primarily Durham, Franklinton, Henderson, NC)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00 per hour (Based on experience and position)

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean criminal background; must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid security license or registration (per NC PPSB requirements).
• Reliable transportation and communication devices.
• For armed roles: Proof of certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Work Schedule:
• Schedules may vary by assignment, with shifts often covering nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability for full-time or rotating shifts preferred.
