We’re a growing boat business in Farmington, MN, looking for a skilled and reliable Marine Mechanic to join our team full-time. We service a variety of boats including outboards, stern drives, and inboards.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, service, and repair a range of marine engines and systems
• Perform routine maintenance, winterization, shrink wrapping and spring preps
• Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and mechanical systems
• Keep accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers & co-workers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Requirements:
• 2+ years of marine mechanic experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of outboards, stern drives, and inboards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• ABYC certification or manufacturer-specific training (Mercury, Yamaha, etc.) a plus

Must have a good understanding of the English language and be available to work weekdays.
