Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Communicate policy details clearly to clients, ensuring they understand coverage options.
• Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the sales administration system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
• Provide bilingual or multilingual support to enhance client communication when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our service reach.
• Experience in telemarketing or retail sales is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
