We’re seeking a Bilingual ( English and Spanish ) dedicated and experienced Landscaper Supervisor to lead our field teams and ensure the highest standards of landscape maintenance and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, leads by example, and knows how to get the job done efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, tree care, and garden upkeep.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage.
• Train and mentor team members in best practices for landscape maintenance and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to assess health and appearance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Manage equipment and supplies necessary for landscape operations, ensuring proper care and usage.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of tree care practices, gardening techniques, and irrigation systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with landscaping work, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.
