FOR SEPTEMBER 2025: The position that is open is for teaching Physical Education to grades K-8.  The K-6 students have classes once a week on Wednesdays.  The 7-8 have classes twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.    The classes are small, about 8-12 per grade.  We are concerned with children learning how to develop skills, learn to enjoy exercise, play sports, play cooperative games, and just feel good about physical activity.  Alternative forms of exercise such as Yoga and very welcome.  We have an outdoor blacktop with basketball and volleyball areas, and an indoor gym for inclement weather. 

Details: The hours are 10-3 on Wednesdays and 2-3 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The calendar is much like that of the public school.  The pay is $250 per week  (over $35 per hour).  One to two day holidays are paid.  Longer ones and summers are not. This school is so outstanding and satisfying to work in, that a majority of our teachers have remained for many years.
