Associate Attorney (0–3 Years Experience) – Medical Malpractice Insurance Defense

Our team represents hospitals, physicians, and healthcare providers in complex litigation throughout the panhandle of Florida. We handle high-volume, trial-intensive cases and are known for our commitment to excellence and client advocacy.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney (0–3 years of experience) to join our growing team. The position involves active litigation practice from day one, including:

Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
Attending and taking depositions
Assisting with trial preparation
Engaging directly with clients, experts, and senior partners

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys litigation, and wants hands-on experience in a courtroom.

Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Florida Bar membership or recently sat for the Florida Bar Exam
Exceptional legal writing and research skills (non-negotiable)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Interest in medical malpractice and trial work
