What You’ll Do

• Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
• Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business
• Inventory items using ICat software
• Load and unload a 16-foot moving truck
• Complete paperwork
• Safely operate the truck and perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks
• Cleaning, deodorize, and manipulate contents when needed

What We’re Looking For

• We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful.
• 18 years or older for movers; 21 years or older for drivers due to insurance restrictions
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Comfortable working inside homes that have been damaged by fire, water, mold, etc with the appropriate PPE
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens

Work Days:

• Monday to Friday, as needed
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: The storage warehouse is in Sweetwater currently, will be moving to Knoxville. Must be able to travel within the Knoxville/Chattanooga area to job sites.
