Must have soldering torch skills (micro torch and brazing torch) for Jewelry, small sculptural scale.

 Minimum of 2 years experience in torch-based metal work/fabrication.
 Proficient with oxy/acetylene/propane torch, safety procedures, and changing tanks
 Metal fabrication with copper, including soldering, bending, filing, cutting, sanding, and electroplating
 Light forging, hammer texturing, and large bead forming using dapping tools.
 Proficient with flex shaft tools for minor shaping and polishing
 Lift 50+lbs. regularly
 Be able to stand and work for long periods
 Ability to focus and do repetitive tasks as part of batch production work
 Ability to follow instructions and receive constructive criticism well
 Knowledge of basic PPE, eye & respiratory safety around soldering, plating, and pickle
 Can work in silence or noisy shop environment, depending on the work at hand
 Strong work ethic, maintaining an organized work area, punctual, committed, and willing to learn
 Reliable transportation
 Be comfortable with switching gears in response to changing demands as orders come in
 Works well under pressure during sales crunch time
 Full-time (32-40hrs.) or part-time (20-30hrs.)
 Be comfortable in a dog-friendly workplace
 Be able to work solo and in a team environment, with shared tools.
