Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper or CPA to manage and oversee all aspects of the company's internal accounting functions. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can work independently and is comfortable managing the entire accounting cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle bookkeeping and financial record management

• Payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance

• Accounts Receivable: invoicing, collections, and tracking payments

• Accounts Payable: vendor management, bill entry, and timely payments

• Bank and account reconciliations

• Monthly and year-end financial reporting

• Support for external CPA and tax filings

• General ledger maintenance

• Assist with job costing, budgeting, and financial forecasting

• Maintain organized financial documentation and records

Qualifications:

• CPA certification or minimum 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online)

• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and compliance (federal/state)
