Welcome to Ocean View Terrace Apartments. We are a 97-unit property and looking for a qualified maintenance worker

This is a PART-TIME Position 

Sat & Sun 

16 hours weekly

Hourly wage starting $25-$28 with experience

Requirements:
Be on time every day
Must have own vehicle/truck
Must be able to follow directions clearly
Team Player
Must be able to lift, pull, move, and carry 50 pounds
Not afraid of heights
Can work on a ladder
Must be able to use hand tools
Clean Background (Honesty Is Best) No Felonies
Must Read, Write, and Speak English Fluently
Must Be a U.S. Citizen with ID and SSC

Daily Duties Consist of:
Daily rounds of the property
Completing Maintenance Requests
Light plumbing
Light Electrical
Painting
Drywall work
Flooring
Finish work
Tile work                                                                                                                Wood work
Handyman type person would be Great
Work is steady
