We are looking for a professional sports coaches, teachers and Life Guards for elementary schools and our dance studio, specifically to instruct new students in a variety of sports and performing arts classes. This is an amazing opportunity to develop your team! The ideal candidate will teach the basic fundamentals of activities, develop skills through drills, and prepare students for FUN! Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to long-term team development are essential for this position.

We seek a dedicated coach who is passionate about ensuring a safe and energetic enrichment program. Our coaches must have experience working with students from kindergarten through middle school, and they should be able to teach in a fun, joyful, and effective manner. FUNdamentals are a must!

A negative TB test, LiveScan, and fingerprints are required for this position; we provide these services at no cost to you. This role requires a commitment to the 2025/2026 Oceanside, Escondido, and/or Vista Unified School District calendar year.

Classes will include students ranging from Kinder to 8th grade. Reliable transportation and a commitment mindset are essential, as you must be dependable and willing to commit to classes throughout the school year. Compensation is $40 per class, with a minimum of one class per week. Additional classes are available throughout the week based on your availability!

After school classes are scheduled as follows:

• 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM for k-5th grade and 2:45 PM-3:45 PM for 6th-8th Mon-Friday

Your responsibilities will include taking attendance, coaching for one hour, and walking students out for pickup.
