Position Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team. As a Server at Café Raymond, you will be the face of our café—welcoming guests, guiding them through our seasonal menu, and providing a memorable dining experience from start to finish. You’ll also assist in food running and bar service to ensure smooth operations and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor

Take orders accurately and efficiently, using handheld POS systems

Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate

Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation

Assist bartenders and food runners as needed, maintaining a collaborative environment

Clear and reset tables quickly and cleanly

Handle guest concerns or special requests with urgency and care

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations

Follow all health and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant preferred, but not required

Excellent communication and multitasking skills
