We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cabinet Shop Helper to join our team. This position provides essential support to our cabinet makers and shop staff in the production and installation of high-quality custom cabinetry and woodwork.

Assist cabinetmakers with daily tasks including cutting, sanding, and assembling components

Load and unload materials, tools, and finished products

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Operate hand tools and small machinery (training provided if needed)

Help with deliveries and jobsite installations when required

Follow safety procedures and company policies

Previous experience in woodworking or construction is a plus, but not required

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Willingness to learn and take direction

Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

Basic knowledge of hand tools and measurements
