Join our leading energy efficiency consulting firm! We are seeking motivated individuals to perform HERS testing on HVAC systems. Both licensed HERS Raters and those willing to obtain certification are encouraged to apply. Applicants must reside in Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, or Alameda County.

Key Responsibilities:

Our HERS Raters enjoy the flexibility of working from home, and receiving their schedules directly from our office. They follow these schedules to conduct testing on HVAC systems and subsequently submit their reports to our office. Additionally, they have access to a company car for their duties.

Qualifications:

• HERS and EPA Certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of energy efficiency principles and building science.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting more than 50 pounds.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing attics or crawlspaces in various homes.
