MedComplete is a growing and compassionate team of Nurse Practitioners providing high-quality care to over 600 patients across Houston and surrounding areas. We offer in-home visits, care in assisted living facilities, and in-office services at our Katy clinic. As we expand, we’re seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team and support our mission to improve the long-term health and well-being of our patients.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner who is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about delivering personalized care to all patients. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and traveling to patient homes and facilities (within a 60-mile radius).
This role will be 75% in-office and 25% in the field. Esthetics/spa experience is preferred as our clinic also offers med spa services. 
Job Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments
- Deliver medical care within NP scope of practice
- Document visits accurately and promptly (within 48 hours)
- Coordinate patient care, including medication refills, DME orders, specialist referrals, and hospice/home health evaluations
- Order and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests
- Complete all required documentation, including medical necessity forms, in a timely manner
- Identify care gaps and initiate appropriate interventions and referrals
- Perform both routine and acute visits as assigned
- Able to drive up to a 60-mile radius for home or facility visits

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Valid and active Texas APRN license and DEA license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience within the past 5 years
- Esthetics or Med Spa experience (preferred)
- 1 year EMR experience (Kareo preferred)
- Must be organized, dependable, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Most importantly, have a positive attitude and passion to provide quality care
