We are hiring teacher aides/monitors for the current 2025-2026 school year. We are looking for a high energy, motivated person to join our team. This position requires the ability to support student safety throughout the day, as well as being able to provide classroom support.

We are looking for energetic and dedicated staff to join us in this dynamic work environment, serving our community’s youth. Our school day lasts from 8:00am – 3:00pm (every Wednesday is a half-day until 12:30pm).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Please do not apply if you do not meet ALL minimum requirements):

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Applicants must possess a high school diploma or have earned a GED
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Strong communication skills
• Self-directed personality traits
• Courteous and professional demeanor and dress
• Able to work 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Ability to operate computers, classroom technology, and computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, copiers, and cell phone functions such as text, email, etc.)

ALSO DESIRED (NOT REQUIRED):

• Track record of past academic achievement with children
• Willingness to bring other skills, abilities, ideas, and time to the school in the form of after school student offerings, or by the sponsoring of after school clubs
• Experience working in the charter school sector

Pay: $16-$18 per hour DOE
