Join Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing as a Summer Camp Trip Leader & Fall Group Program Adventure Leader!

Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Roanoke, VA, is hiring passionate outdoor enthusiasts (18+) to lead all-outdoors trips now through August and support our fall group programs. You'll guide youth (ages 9–17) on expedition‑style adventures and also serve in key support roles.  We value a strong work ethic, positive attitude, respect, and communication—our core guiding principles. In return, you’ll receive onsite housing, program meals, professional training (including Wilderness First Aid/CPR), and gear discounts—all while becoming part of a close‑knit, mission‑driven community. 

Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per day.
