Baker—Hall is seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns for its Miami gallery.
This unpaid internship is designed for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in the fine art, design, or operations fields. Interns will work closely with a small, collaborative team and gain real-world insight into the day-to-day operations of a contemporary gallery in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood.
Founded in 2024 by Amanda Baker—Hall, Baker—Hall promotes emerging and mid-career artists through a fresh curatorial approach, while also offering comprehensive art advisory services. Baker—Hall specializes in painting and sculpture across narrative and non-objective styles, with a focus on collaborating with private collectors and prominent corporate institutions. The gallery boasts a robust exhibition schedule, featuring a minimum of eight rotating exhibitions each year.

This internship is open to college juniors, seniors, and recent graduates. Availability of 2–3 days per week is required during gallery hours (Tuesday–Saturday, 12am–5pm), with flexibility for openings and special events.
Though unpaid, interns will receive mentorship, skill-building opportunities, and direct exposure to the curatorial, operational, and business aspects of a contemporary gallery.
