Farm Assistant –/Early Morning Shift

Atarraya Inc. is building the future of sustainable aquaculture—and we’re hiring a temporary farm assistant to support our  shrimp processes during early morning shifts.

What you’ll do:

Help transfer and acclimate live shrimp into our tanks

Monitor water conditions and maintain logs

Assist with equipment setup and cleaning

Work with the team to ensure shrimp health and safety during transitions

What we’re looking for:

Comfortable working early mornings or overnight (shift starts at 5 AM)

Reliable, focused, and able to follow procedures

No experience needed—just a good attitude and willingness to learn

Interest in sustainability, food, or farming is a plus
