We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate passion for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality cakes, cookies, cheesecakes and other baked items while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delighting our customers with fresh, flavorful products.

Part time position; Monday thru Wednesday, 9 am until 5 pm, some flexibility on the hours.

Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, and cookies, etc.
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory.
• Clean and wash dishes
• Must be able to lift 50 #'s

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and knives.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• A creative mindset with an eagerness to experiment with new recipes and techniques.
