Hiring Experienced Landscaper for Fix & Flip Properties — Grand Junction
Our growing fix & flip real estate company is seeking a reliable, skilled Landscaper to join our team in Grand Junction. We handle multiple properties throughout the area and are looking for someone who can manage both larger landscaping projects and ongoing maintenance at all of our houses.

Responsibilities include:
   •    Full landscape installations (sod, rock, mulch, plants, etc.)
   •    Designing and executing curb appeal upgrades
   •    Regular yard maintenance and seasonal clean-ups
   •    Irrigation system installation and repairs
   •    Tree and shrub trimming, weed control, and general upkeep
