A CSS keeps the studio running smoothly by greeting guests, explaining the various modalities, upselling memberships & packages. 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Welcoming customers into the studio by acknowledging each person and offering assistance. Greeting guests, leading them to their service room and giving introduction to service when needed. Explaining and recommending products & services to enrich each customer experience. Cleaning and sanitizing the studio and equipment for 5-star rating for each guest throughout the shift. Always answering YES, never NO, and resolving the issue quietly with a manager out of earshot of guest. Ensuring that the studio environment meets cleanliness and hygiene standards required by Pure owners/law. Promoting the studio to attract new customers and members, understanding and sharing member benefits. Performing studio services for customers as needed. 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

An understanding of Biohacking and of our modalities is a must. Organizational skills and clear understanding of a high-end level of service quality. Effective oral communication skills to interact with coworkers and customers. Strong interpersonal skills to handle client complaints. In-depth knowledge of services and products offered at Pure Infrared Sauna Studio. 

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING 

An understanding of Biohacking and of our modalities is a must. Minimum high school diploma or GED. Up to date First Aid/CPR certification. Previous work experience in sales or customer service.
