Maintenance Technician 

The ideal candidate must have the following:

Experience in  multiple housing maintenance field

Clean Criminal Background is a must

Clean driving record (no DWI’S or DUI’s) 

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

Electrical – Ability to replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, GFI’s, breakers. Trouble shoot 24V-240V circuits.

Plumbing- Ability to snake drains, replace P traps, solder pipe, install water heaters, replace faucets, repair shower valves. 

HVAC- (EPA cert, Type I & II) - Ability to replace condensers, evaporator coils, silver solder, Ability to trouble shoot, charge with R-22 & R-410A (Preferred not required)

Drywall/Paint – Ability to tape, spackle and paint in a neat and efficient matter.

Appliance Repair – Trouble shoot appliances such as Dishwashers, Stoves, Refrigerators, Washing machines, Dryers, & Microwave ovens.

What is expected from the right candidate?

Snow removal is mandatory, if there is snow that needs shoveling, all employees are expected at work.

Emergency on Call is required. With a full staff on call will be every 5-6 weeks and run from Tuesday to Tuesday. The week that you are on call your hours are 9-6pm and work from Tuesday to Saturday.

Team Player – In order for the maintenance team to operate efficiently the entire staff must be willing to help each other when needed.
