Position: Reformer Pilates Instructor (1099 Contractor)

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our boutique fitness studio. The ideal candidate will bring strong technique, client-focused energy, and a collaborative spirit. This role is perfect for instructors who value individual attention, team culture, and making a real impact in clients’ lives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and safe reformer Pilates classes (small groups – 7 max)
• Educate clients on Pilates principles, body awareness, and proper technique
• Customize sessions for varying fitness levels and goals
• Support client progress with encouragement and feedback
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
• Contribute to our studio’s inclusive, empowering environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, etc.)
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience teaching Reformer Pilates
• Background in fitness, yoga, dance, or movement-based disciplines a plus
• Professional, punctual, and growth-oriented
• Excellent communicator and team player
