Home Care Aide
- Assist clients with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide mobility support and Help with transfers from bed to wheelchair.
- Prepares meal according to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Monitor and record vital signs ( temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Report health changes or concerns to family or supervising nurse.
- Follow care plans and document services provided.
